TKA-DDS-5C Direct shear machine
Using 10:1 lever ratio,Weight Set:Four pcs of 10kg,one 5kg,two 2kg and one 1kg weights.
1 off Loadcell Sensors:4.4kN (1000 lbs.) load cells
2 off LVDT 12.7 mm ( 0.5 in. precision:0.001mm) max range displacement transducer
1 off Standard shear box to test 63.5 mm (2.5in.) diam. sample
One embedded controller for horizontal control
Four analog channels with signal conditionning and power supplies built-in
Built-in 16 bit Data Acquisition and Control
One front panel LCD's and Keypad's for manual controls
Variable Speed range= 0.00001 mm/min. to 9.99999 mm/max
Accomodates sample size up to 100x100 mm (4x4 in.)
Max. travel ranges = 25 mm ( 1.00 in.)
Micro-switch mechanism to prevent ram over travel
Built-in software safety shut-off when sensors max out
Communication Card with 2 RS232 ports
SHEAR Direct/Residual Shear Module
Acquisition, calculate Nominal Shear Stress and so on.
